About Dr. Marcy Cassidy
Dr. Marcy Cassidy has enjoyed thirty-five years in the field of education serving as a Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, Assistant Principal, Principal, and now Superintendent of Schools near her home in, Topeka, Kansas, where she resides with her husband, Kevin, and their two French Bulldogs, Fiona and Petunia. She has two grown sons, Will and Max, who are pursuing their professional and educational pursuits and are the source of great joy.
Dr. Cassidy is a fourth generation teacher and is committed to working alongside her students and staff in an effort to not only accomplish goals, but to achieve dreams. It is her hope that her book, Roll Call, will provide educators with instructional, behavioral, and social-emotional strategies that will help them to find joy in what they do each and every day and retain them in the profession for life.
